Label screw press
The screw conveyor and press for old labels is a system for transporting dry and compressed old labels.
The pneumatic transport system is an addition to the screw press.
It can be used to cover distances of over 200 metres between the cleaning machine and the large waste container.
The system is suitable for all bottle washing machines on the market, whether they have one or several label removal units.
More than 300 of our systems are already successfully up and running.
The wet old labels are compacted in a conical screw component and separated by lyes.
This yields benefits such as a very low environmental impact, smaller waste volumes and clean operation.

Automatic guide adjustment
With the unique automatic guide adjustment from Paxona, the units in the individual sections are brought together at one point, from where the cables are routed to the control system.
The different guide positions are defined in the program so that the selected position is approached in each case.
